The main facade of this two-storey building is a typical Fribourg farmhouse, with an arched gable and a gable roof. Built over several storeys in painted wood, the attic features a balustered gallery running across the panelled barrel-vaulted eaves. This farmhouse is thought to have been built in the second quarter of the 18th century. Nicolas Ruffieux became the owner in 1756. Around 1870, the building was converted into a farmhouse for livestock.
